Throughout 2022, MIDO is celebrating 20 years of close ties with architecture, and of course, the unique watchmaking aesthetic it has inspired. During this important year, the Swiss watch brand presents five limited editions from its flagship collections, each paying homage to its own monument.

In honour of this milestone, the brand is delighted to present a testimonial video developed in collaboration with its brand Ambassador Kim Soo Hyun. The famous South Korean actor invites us to discover what architecture inspires in him and how perfectly this fits with MIDO’s core values and aesthetics.

On the film, the South Korean celebrity can be spot wearing one of the watches from MIDO’s “20 years anniversary collection”, the All Dial - inspired by the extraordinary Colosseum in Rome - that is also celebrating its own jubilee. This exceptional piece stands out thanks to its original aesthetics and timeless lines, reliability and strength, much like “the greatest wonder of the Roman Empire”.
